Coolbaugh Township was incorporated in 1794 and is now a Second
Class Township with a population of 15,205 in the 2000 census. The
Township is 88.3 square miles, or 56,512 acres, with about 70 miles
of township roads. The Township is governed by a five member
Board of Supervisors. The Board meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month Board of Supervisors Meetings 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month 7:00 p.m. - Municipal Center Board Work Sessions - 4th Tuesday of each month 6:30 p.m. - Municipal Center Planning Commission Meetings 2nd Monday of each month 6:30 p.m. - Municipal Center Zoning Hearing Board Meetings Meetings are held only as needed, usually on the 4th Wednesday of the month. Parks & Recreation Commission Meetings 2nd Wednesday of each month 7:00 p.m. - Municipal Center Environmental Advisory Council Meetings 2nd Wednesday of each month following the Parks & Recreation Commission Meetings. 7:00 p.m. - Municipal Center CHECK CALENDAR OF EVENTS PAGE FOR ANY CHANGES.
