COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP FEE RESOLUTION Number: 17-2008 A resolution establishing fees for administrative costs, copying of documents, the filing of applications, permits and licenses for the Township of Coolbaugh. WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Coolbaugh has adopted a codification, consolidation and revision of the ordinances of the Township; and, WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Coolbaugh to update from time to time, filing fees, permit fees and license fees from the Coolbaugh Township Code of Ordinances #97; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT and it is hereby resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Coolbaugh that all fees are hereby fixed as follows: ADMINISTRATIVE FEES | FEES | Mailing Fee | Actual Postage | Returned check charge | $25.00 | Mileage reimbursement | Current IRS rate |
