5.   Route 196 Storage Buildings Land Development Plan

a)   Request for a waiver of §403.D(21)(f) and §502.34 of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO), per the recommendation of the Planning Commission.

b)   Request for a waiver of §502.37E, §505.3C(3)(b) and §602.5I of the SALDO, per the recommendation of the Planning Commission.

c)   Request for a waiver from the Board of Supervisors of Ordinance #65B - Stormwater Management Ordinance, Appendix E, §2.3A(6). 

d)   Township Solicitor’s input regarding Township Engineer’s comment #3,  §403D(24)(d) of the SALDO. 

e)   Consideration of recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve the Route 196 Storage Buildings Land Development Plan with conditions.
