1.       Approval of May 17, 2006 Regular Meeting and May 23, 2006 Special Meeting Minutes 

2.       Representatives of Pegasus Child Advocacy Center will be present to discuss renovation plans for space in building #2

3..      Minor Subdivision to join lots 202 & 203, Section K, A Pocono Country Place - Property Owners - Raffaelle and Brigitte Mungin 

4.       The Tobyhanna United Methodist Church requests a waiver of the fees for the use of the Tobyhanna House Pavilion 

5.       Acceptance of Coolbaugh Township’s 2005 Annual Audit and Financial Report prepared by CPA Todd J. Bushta 

6.       Authorization to change accounting program for the sewer billing from Fundware to QuickBooks Pro 2006
